Your artwork will be carefully packaged in either a sturdy parcel envelope or a protective bubble-wrapped parcel bag, depending on its size. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days of you placing them. Delivery times within the UK are estimated to be quick after dispatch, with varying times depending on your location. The standard delivery charge for UK addresses is £2.05
Returns Policy
Return Process
We understand that sometimes a piece might not be quite right for your space. You have 3 days from the date you accept your delivery to decide if you wish to return an artwork. To initiate a return, please contact us within the 3-day return window. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please do not worry. You can choose to receive a full refund and return the item or allow us to recreate the piece for you within an agreed timeframe. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage.
